Professional 4-level convection oven – for every catering establishment

The convection oven has a fan that ensures a rapid temperature increase. Even temperature distribution in the oven is achieved by convection. The unit has double-glazed doors with reinforced thermal insulation. Temperature control with thermostat 0-250 °C, 4 perforated sheets and guides included, compatible with size GN 2/3.

The oven has a time control from 0 to 60 minutes. and continuous mode, as well as a safety thermostat and manual control panel.

Features of the Stalgast convection oven:

  • Construction – steel body resistant to mechanical damage and easy to clean. The oven chamber is equipped with lighting and a glass door that allows you to monitor the entire cooking process.
