The combi steamer is a convection oven, but it also has a chamber steaming function. Combination steam ovens, like convection ovens, can be used for baking, blanching, steaming, as well as low-temperature cooking and baking.
The Stalgast ClassicCook combi steamer is made of high quality stainless steel. This makes it resistant to mechanical damage and non-reactive with food. The unit is manually operated and has LED lighting.
