The RETIGO steam oven is ideal for cooking 51-150 portions per day. These ovens can be mounted on a standard base or on a wall console, or directly on the table.The heat source is electricity. The unit can accommodate 6 GN 1/1 containers (53×32,5 cm) at a time.
