RETIGO combi steam oven
The RETIGO conventional steam oven is ideal for cooking 400-600 portions per day. These ovens can be mounted on a standard base or directly on a table. The heat source is electricity. The unit can hold 12 GN 2/1 containers (65×53 cm) at a time.
The RETIGO combi steamer is equipped with an automatic active cleaning system, a fan stop function, a thermal probe and the necessary basic functions. Other equipment such as an integrated shower, damper and 99 programmes in 9 steps. The customer can configure the device according to their needs.
The combi steam oven is made of high quality stainless steel. This makes it resistant to mechanical damage and non-reactive with food. It has a touch-sensitive , intuitive control panel and the handle is on the left side of the door.
