Professional 3-level convection oven –for every catering establishment
The convection oven has a fan that ensures a rapid temperature increase. Even temperature distribution in the oven is achieved by convection. The unit has double-glazed doors with reinforced thermal insulation. Temperature control with thermostat 0-250 °C, 3 perforated sheets and guides included, compatible with size GN 1/2.
The oven has a time control from 0 to 60 minutes. and continuous mode, as well as a safety thermostat and manual control panel.
