Industrial cutters are machines most often used in food processing plants, e.g. butchers. Such devices are made entirely of stainless steel and include the following parts: body, bowl cover (standard or vacuum), rotating bowl, stuffing ejector, vacuum pump, bowl and knife rotation programmer, and bowl cooling or heating system. Professional cutters, due to their efficiency, size and rotational speed, often have liquid nitrogen or carbon dioxide cooling. This type of industrial cutters can have a bowl capacity of up to 750 liters.
